Your WhatsApp catalogue, with checkout

Your customers already find you on WhatsApp. Stalls gives you one link to post on your status, in groups and in your Instagram bio, where they can see everything, add to cart and pay. You still chat with them. You just stop typing prices and squinting at alerts.

A WhatsApp store link is one web link that shows your products, prices and delivery fees and lets buyers pay on the spot. With Stalls, you post the link on your WhatsApp status or in groups, buyers pay by card, transfer or USSD, and you get the order with a ready WhatsApp message to confirm it. You don't need a website or an app.

How the link works with WhatsApp

  1. 1Post your link on your status with a photo of a product or a pack.
  2. 2Buyers tap it and see your products, prices, delivery fee for their state and reviews.
  3. 3They pay by card, transfer or USSD.
  4. 4You get the order with their name, address and phone, and a one-tap WhatsApp message to confirm it.
  5. 5When it's time to buy again, you get a ready WhatsApp message to send them.

Questions

How do I create an online store for my WhatsApp business?
Sign up on stalls.ng, add your business details and WhatsApp number, then add products with a photo, price and stock count. Set your delivery fee for each state. Connect your bank account, switch your stall on, and share your stall link on your status and in your bio.
Can I put a payment link on WhatsApp?
Yes. Your stall link works as a shop and a payment link together. Buyers pick items, see the delivery fee and pay on it through Paystack.
Is the WhatsApp Business catalogue enough?
For a few orders a week, often yes. It's free, but buyers can't pay in it, it doesn't track stock or work out delivery fees, and it doesn't remind customers to reorder. Read the guide
Do my customers need an app?
No. The link opens in any phone browser.
Can customers still chat with me?
Yes. There's a WhatsApp button on your stall.
Can I post the link in groups?
