The card and transfer fee

Every online payment in Nigeria goes through a payment company. On Stalls that's Paystack, and its fee is 1.5% + ₦100 per payment, capped at ₦2,000. This goes to Paystack, not to Stalls or to you.

For now your buyer pays it, shown before they pay. If that changes, we'll tell you first.

Done-for-you setup (optional)

₦7,500, once. Send us your product list, prices and photos on WhatsApp. We add your products, photos, prices and look. You set your delivery fees. Your stall is ready within 48 hours of your start date and of us getting everything we need, or we refund the ₦7,500 in full. It takes payments once you've accepted the Seller Agreement, connected a bank that passes Paystack's check and switched it on. During early access, payments open in stages, so this can be later. Yes. There's no sign-up fee and no monthly fee. You only pay the 2% when you sell.

Do I pay 2% on delivery fees?
No. Only on the goods.
What if I give a discount?
The 2% is worked out on what the buyer actually paid for the goods after the discount.
Can I sell sizes and colours?
Yes. A product can have up to 2 options, like Size and Colour, and up to 100 combinations, each with its own price and stock. If you sew after the order, mark it made to order and it never sells out. We're starting with vendors of things customers buy again: skincare, perfume, packaged food and drinks, household goods and packaging.
