Outreach rep terms
Effective 30 October 2026. Between you and Stalls Ltd (RC-9945860).
What you earn
- 10% of the fee Stalls actually receives from each vendor who signs up through your link. If a vendor pays no fee, or a lower fee, your 10% is of what they pay.
- For 12 months from that vendor's first sale, so a vendor you bring in late still earns you a full 12 months.
- The vendor must make their first sale within 6 months of signing up. If they don't, they don't count.
- Commission only: no salary, no shares and no fee to join.
- One level only. A vendor counts for the one link they joined through. You earn nothing on vendors a WhatsApp group, another rep or another vendor brought in, and nothing on reps you introduce.
- You earn when your vendors sell. Sign-ups alone earn nothing, and you earn nothing on your own stall.
- We keep count of the WhatsApp group admins you introduce. Any reward for these is at Stalls' discretion, announced in the reps group, and never a share of a group's vendors or their sales. The count alone gives no right to payment.
How you're paid
- Monthly, by bank transfer to an account in your name, with a statement.
- We ask for your bank, account number and, if you have one, your TIN so we can pay your commission and keep the tax and payment records the law asks for. We check the account name with Paystack. We can record a payout to you only once your bank details are on your dashboard. Our Privacy Policy explains who sees them and how long we keep them.
- Your dashboard shows your vendors, the Stalls fee from each and what you've earned, in naira.
- If a buyer is refunded, only the part of the order that wasn't refunded counts.
- We may hold or take back commission on sales that are refunded, charged back or reversed, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, fake vendors or sales, or a link used on your own stall. We may also take any overpayment off what we pay you next.
How you work
- You must be 18 or over.
- You're independent, not an employee of Stalls Ltd. You choose your hours and how you reach vendors.
- You're not Stalls' agent or partner, and you can't make promises or sign anything for Stalls.
- There are no targets and no fixed hours.
- You pay your own costs (data, transport, airtime) and your own tax. We may deduct any tax the law requires before paying you.
- Use vendors' details only to tell them about Stalls, keep them safe, and delete them when asked.
What you must never do
- Never say Stalls checks, approves or vouches for sellers or their products. Stalls is a store builder; each seller is responsible for what they sell.
- Never promise sales, income or how fast payouts arrive. Paystack usually pays sellers by the next working day.
- Mark any paid promotion #ad, including posts you make about Stalls.
- Don't spam: message vendors who'd want to hear from you, and stop when someone asks.
- Never ask a vendor for their password, card details or bank PIN.
- Use the Stalls name only to explain what Stalls is, and never pretend to be Stalls.
Ending
- You can stop at any time: tell us on WhatsApp or at help@stalls.ng.
- If you stop, your link stops counting new vendors, and you keep earning on the vendors you already brought until their 12 months end.
- If Stalls ends your link for breaking these terms, you earn nothing after that date. While a link is paused it counts no new vendors.
- Stalls can end the programme or your link for any reason on 30 days' notice. If it does, and you haven't broken these terms, you keep earning on the vendors you already brought until their 12 months end.
- Commission properly earned is paid, less any overpayment and anything held or taken back as set out above.
- Stalls can change these terms for the future. We'll tell you first, and if you keep using your link after the change, the new terms apply.
Legal
- You agree to cover us for claims caused by what you say or do as a rep, except to the extent we caused them.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you, except where the law doesn't allow that.
- Nigerian law applies. We'll first try to settle a dispute by talking, then by mediation in Lagos, then in the courts of Lagos State.
